It wasn't luck, but you probably need to take the cirstances into account. A players might make a lucky shot here and there, but you don't score 55 by chance. I think he caught a lot of teams off guard. They didn't realize he was such a capable scorer, and didn't really have a game plan for him. Also, he started the season on fire and was hitting a very high percentage of his shots. It wasn't a pace he could sustain, and eventually he came back to Earth. Legally you have a right to appeal, if you have something new to add. You need to be more specific as to why you gave up your parental rights, when you sign the paperwork and you'd have to have a very good reason (i.e. you were duped into signing, or it's a forgery) to have the ruling reversed. Normally you can't just change your mind. When you sign away your parental rights they ask if you understand what you're signing and do you understand the consequences. If you didn't and now you want to speak up about it, it very well could be too late.

Partnership taxes LLC - I think I really screwed up. Help?

OK - I've been selling real estate as an agent for 5 years now. It was pretty easy to do my taxes, schedule C and all, depreciating business equipment etc. Well, last year, I formed an LLC with two other business partners. All our income was paid to the LLC under the LLC tax id number. We had a team checking account that our team expenses were paid through and when I did our taxes, I did a K1 for each of us. My problem is: I just tried to do my personal taxes and I see that the K1 is shown as regular income, not a business income. I didn't include all my business expenses that I paid for out of my personal checking account, nor did I do any depreciation as I thought I was going to be able to do that on my personal taxes. It now looks like I can't even do a schedule C since all my business income went to the LLC. The question is: do I have to revise the team taxes to include the expenses I had including depreciation to get the K1 amount down?

Hooking up propane camping stove?

I just bought a hi-tec propane camping stove -- but it looks very similar to the coleman model and I'm sure the methods are similar. It did not come with good directions, so I am unsure how to hook it up. Specifically, it sounds like there should be a separate twist valve in the part that goes in the propane tank, which is untwisted before the burners are turned on. That part on mine is rock solid, so I'm not sure if it's broken, or if there is only the valves on the burners to regulate the flow of gas (when I plug the valve into the propane tank, I can smell the fuel coming out the other side). Anyone with experience out there?

well today was the last day of exam's and I am not so good in Biology and Geometry and I took the biology midterm exam yesterday and i felt so confident and I knew i was gonna do good because I did a lot of notes on the subjects she was going to test us on and today the results came in and i got a F on the midterm exam. When I saw that i wanted to cry because i tried so hard and I still didn't do good....and then today I took the Geometry midterm exam and I was kinda not feeling it because my real teach got sick for 2 months and at that time we didn't learn anything because he was not there so now we have different teacher that is not so good in his lessons and I got another F for Geometry and when I saw that i started to hyperventilate and my eyes started to get dark and I was taking a lot of breaths and then I later started to calm down and I just started to scream to the point that my throat started to hurt and I scratched my face out of anger and I just wasn't safe to be alone at that time....but i just really want to do good....but my over all grades are A,A,C,B but my midterm test grades are F,F,C,A and i don't like that....i just really wished i did better like the other kids in my cl because i do try hard its just maybe I'm not as smart or something...and at times like these I really loath myself and degrade myself because I'm just so disappointed in me and i just don't know how to tell my mom because i feel like she will doubt me and not believe in me....i want her to be proud of me.....

Is my baby weaning himself?

My son is almost 4 months old. At 3 months, he was hospitalized for bronchitis (caught at daycare) and dehydration. I personally think the poem was a good start. The poem itself was counfusing. Why would you make some of the writing non rhyming if it's a rhyming poem? Another tip is be more descriptive. My cats head keeps nodding(like Parkinson's)& she has involuntary jerks/twitches. Why could this be please?

Her nodding & twitches appear to be getting worse, causing her to unsteady on her feet. She has been nodding for about a year, but it's only in the last 3 months where it has got worse. When I took her to the Vets about 9 month ago, they said it was just old age. She is 17. She has gradually been losing weight too. She suffers stress & has had bouts of stress cystitis throughout her life. This has been getting worse as well and she has also been getting sick lots and going to the littler tray often. I had the Vet come see her & was advised she may have an overactive thyroid. She was given tablets to help calm her before I took her in to have a blood test. This worked, she calmed down & I took her to the Vets for blood tests. It was confirmed her thyroid was overactive. She was given medication to try but she started getting sickly again. She was then eating differently, like as if she had toothache, so I thought she might have a cavity too. Soon after, she wouldn't hardly eat. Then she stopped drinking. I thought she was going to die so I took her to the Vets. They said she has tarter build up so could clean her teeth & if they find any cavities, would remove the teeth. Because she was to be knocked out for this procedure I decided to have her thyroid removed. The Vets did this & had to remove both her glands as both were swollen & she did have a cavity so they removed a tooth too. I took her home to try get her to eat. I believe she was hours from death, but I nursed her constantly & force fed her through a pipette. She had 3 fits or panic attacks when I took her home from the Vets over a 5 day period too. Thankfully, 3 weeks on, she has put weight on and is improving day by day. However, she is nodding more than she used to & is twitching now. She goes to drink water and her legs really flinch for a moment. Her nodding also can make her lose her balance a bit and this is confusing her as she's not sure what's happening. Neither do I! Can anyone give a reason for this? Does she have a cats version of Parkinson's? Is her involuntary jerks & nodding due to the thyroid problem? Could she have diabetes? Could she have an inner ear problem? I'm asking here, because she is too weak to be taken back to the vets at the moment and I have searched all over the net trying to see if I could resolve her symptoms myself. Any suggestions? Its all numbers, You have to figure out your bmr, basal metabolic rate, the calories your body burns just living, breathing, keeping your body temperature. Like if you have a bmr of 1700, thats the calories you burn b4 exercise. Then if you only consume say 1200 calories, that means b4 any exercise or activity you have burned 500 calories. If you add exercise to that and burn say another 500 calories, then your calorie deficit or calories burned for that day is 1000. It takes 3500 calories burned to lose a pound. Thats it, all numbers and if you learn to control them the weight loss is easy.

I just started a quilting cl. I haven't sewn in years so my Singer sewing machine was left in my garage and the plate over the bobbin area rusted and is hard to remove. This past Thursday was my girlfriend’s birthday. By the way, Im 31 years old and she is 26. I wanted to do something special for her and since she likes clical music I decided to treat her with a sold out concert given by a very famous conductor. We went to see a suite from Romeo and Juliet. The concert was magnificent. When the concert ended it was about 10 pm. I asked her what she would like to have to eat. She replied by saying "Chinese". It was kind of late already, and for what I know Chinese restaurants don’t stay open very late. So, we look around and everything is already closed except for some American and Mexican restaurants. So I ask her if she would prefer something else. I ask her if she'd like to go to any of these two restaurants. Well, we go around and around, and I said to her, "I think at this time of the hour maybe we could just eat anything but Chinese" We went to this and that place, and every time we arrived to a place she would say "Do you really want to go there?" At this time I’m thinking that any restaurant is a good choice if it means we are going to be together. Then she tells me, maybe you should take me home. At this time a get a little bit confused, angry and upset, but I don't show it. I just said to her, "ok" I'm driving her back, making conversation about stuff and she barely responds. When we are about to get to her house, I drive to a street were be usually park to talk and be together. As I am driving by, she asks me where I am going. That really gets to me, because I know she knows where I am going, so I just tell her, I’m taking you home. So, I just drove around and took her to her front door. She got out, and I stood beside her and waited until she got in. I know she had to go back home early because she had to go to work early next morning, but still, I know something was not right. She got into her house and I got back in to my car. I waited there like for about ten seconds and left. A few seconds later she calls me and asks me, ”did you really leave? I was like "what"? I told her, “you told me you wanted to go home”, “you got out!” She hangs up the phone and texted me that she couldn’t believe I did this to her on the day of her birthday, that this makes her know how I feel about her. I am just driving back home receiving all of this texts thinking should I reply back. How can she say all of those things, if she knows I really care a lot about her? I decided not to text her back for the rest of the night. Next day I called her and sent her a text telling her that I have received her text messages and read them. I also told her that I only did what she asked me to do which was to take her home, and that I felt sorry she felt that way. I have called her and sent her texts for three days and I haven't heard a word from her. I’m still in her facebook page. Is this really worth my time? Should I called her some more? I just called her and send her a text. I told her that I really need to talk to her, that I need to hear her voice, fix things btw us and that I miss her and that I will be ready to talk to her when she is ready. I also told her that I hope she is ok and to take care. I decided not to call her until she finally decides she wants to talk. I can't continue doing this anymore! What should I say if she calls back? Should I call her some more? Please tell me what you think!

Ok my aunt is 30 and her sister (my other aunt cindy) and I know that she is doing drugs in the bathroom and lying but we don't know what to do with her. Yes, susceptibility to cavities is hereditary. My mom has really "soft" teeth; meaning her enamel is not strong and she's had alot of fillings and crowns. My dad, however, has teeth of steel, like ur husband lol. He's had only 1 filling ever and he's 52. His dentist said he'll probably never need dentures. We've all talked to the dentist about it and they all said it's hereditary. My brother(28) has ok teeth and my sister(24) and I(21) have horrible teeth. I do. I think if you feel someone is wrong and otherwise would criticize him, yet hold back because he is black. You ARE a RACIST. Plain and simple. Also if you call someone racist when they are voicing a legitimate concern, you step on hundreds of years of ACTUAL racism and you are a BIGOT. Plain and simple.

Aha, the Wes Coast; did you go to Lulworth Cove or see the dinosaur footprints? I'm right there with you on that walk. As I've come to expect, the meter of the poem is near flawless iambic octameter, like the "Major General's Song" from the G&S "Pirates of Penzance." The diction is generally strong and appropriate to the poem's tone and intentions, and as they say it "paints a picture." That being said, I must fairly raise a couple of points. The final line, where you move from experience to memory, seemed to me to be a falling off in tone, and beauty, from the rest of the poem, but in all fairness you had set the bar quite high for yourself, and I'm not sure how to rectify that without also meddling with your intentions. The second thing is not so much something you did as something you didn't. I have publicly harangued you on occasion for your love of the quatrains of iambic tetrameter where the 2nd and 4th lines are rhymed; I felt a bit of guilt while doing it, but not enough to avoid bringing the issue up again. Read your lines and they are each composed of two equisyllabic moieties in iambic tetrameter, and the end rhyme on the 2nd and 4th lines of the 'old-fangled' quatrain now becomes rhyming couplets of iambic octameter. In essence, the poem is still in the quatrain style you used so long. Consider that not so much as a critique as an invitation to continue to stretch your poetry in other directions and to extend a record of excellence. I intend no harm or offense, but instead what I would consider constructive criticism. If that seems a bit niggling, you've really given me very little with which to find fault.

Are birth control pills unhealthy?

I am currently on birth control and the side effects really arnt bad. Granted in only going to be a junior in high school right now but iv been taking them since seventh grade and i have been on several different brands. So from expreience the side effects arnt bad unless you are taking a high high dose. I dont reccomend Yaz, it was the worst syptoms ive ever had on any birth control but that is my body.. Your body might take it differently if your older. My 19 year old sister was on Yaz and didnt have as bad syptoms but still had them. And as far as like messing up your body, all birth control is is hormones in a pill. It is used to have increased hormones throughout the month then having less hormones at the week of your period. These increased hormones will not let sperm fertilize the egg. Hense the name birth control. Once you stop them you will be able to have kids if you so choose. Your Hormone levels will decrease and sperm will be able to the egg.

I would be very upset. Sad and angry are probably better words. Especially if I was a good employee and got along with everyone. There's no excuse for people to drag someone's family into it, including pictures. Your husband has justified feelings here. but we could never part. He was married, and I had no clue up until we moved in together. I was 20/or 21 still very young when we met. Though I know I should have left so he could figure everything out, he wouldn't leave me alone and with that I couldn't let go. That is how it is to this day. Over the course of our relationship dating 2 years, married 5, he has did stuff to break my trust each time hurting me more and more and again, when I try to leave him, he begs me to stay, to give him a chance, that he will change. They went on a 10 day cruise together while we were living together but told me he was away with military work and after she told me 9months later, his excuse was, they had already purchased the cruise before he and i met and that he had been with her for 10 years, and only with me 3 months. While I understand his reasoning, I didn't ask for him to approach me with no wedding ring on in the first place. That was almost 7 years ago, and it still haunts me. Along with the numerous things that he has done. Last year, his best friends wife told me that my husband cheated on me with our nanny (a yr after it happened) another friend has confirmed it also. I even called the nanny and she confirmed it (she was a bit crazy) but the stories add up. My husband denies it. But as he denies it he says "you probably were cheating around that time". I wasn't! I had a new, high demanding military related job which I worked very hard to try to be successful. Yes! I probably didn't cater to his needs as I usually did but I was stressed with the job (because he is money hungry) with a new baby, a 2 year old, I didnt want to be a failure. Every time I have tried to leave my husband for things like these, we talk, and then he immediately tries to make up (with having and going on with our life and him acting better to me for a week or less).... without giving me time to heal. Then he tries to make me feel quilty because he has no family and left his ex wife...he says things like, you just go, and I'll just be myself, go back to your old life with your old friends that is still doing the same thing, but thats not what I want. I'm 5 hours away from my family and old friends...and I dont have friends where we live now, and I'm now jobless. On top of the past betrayal, he is grumpy, always complaining, getting loud, over even the littlest things, he says its not me but the kids stress him, but he does get frustrated wtih me... always rushing me, asking me why I did something... he is a great dad (minus his frustrations and anger), and he shows me attention when he wants it in return, he helps around the house more than most,...and he reminds me that I would not find another man to do the things he does around the house and with the kids. While he is probably right, what does other men have to do with what I want in a relationship. He says that marriage isnt always fairytale, just another comment he makes to make me feel like a child, I know its not a fairytale, but it can be close to what you want if you are with the right person, i believe. Recently I brought up the nanny story (because it never resolved and because I cant help it, I'm hurt) and I told him how it hurts that he needs to come in from work and take a xanax to be around his family, or take 1 before a family outting. The kids even have anxiety....they get so frustrated so quickly...possibly picking up on his attitude. And because my husband has an attitude all the time, I'm gotten cold to him...and he cant understand that. Just a week ago he got put on zoloft for depression and because I say I'm done with our marriage because of his 7 year of action, he asks me to just give him a chance that he just started medicine...I want to in my heart.. but my head is telling me no....nothing will change...and my emotions are battered...but he cant see why i need time!! Thats all I've asked, but he walks around the home pouting, and trying to talk to me about takin him back, trying to kiss my, trying to have with me...because he knows if I allow him, then he would think everything is ok...treat me like a princess for a week and then be back to his normal self.... Do I owe him another chance and forget my feelings once again??? He has no family and throws that up in my face and how he grew up... being the way he is... I didnt grow up that great either.. my mother always yelled at me everyday, anger issues, she yells at my dad just a very unhappy woman.. Ghosts!! this is freaking me out!?

I could never 'hate' anyone, especially some celebrity, but I hate how many girls say they look up to her, usually for two reasons- because they think she was "so pretty" (gag, how shallow) or they actually ADMIRE how trashy and promiscuous she was. Why does my computer make strange random noises?

My computer will occasionally just make a bell sound or the sound of an incoming aol instant message but it seems for no reason. I hear the IM sound but nobody actually sent anything. How to take away a pacifier in an easier less upsetting way for my toddler?

Is it ok to let my 2 month old baby cry hysterically because their pacifier fell out of their mouth?

You probably already know but I'll say it just in case. Make sure it's not another problem like dirty diaper, hunger, gas pains, he needs to be swaddled, or he needs to be rocked to sleep. My baby is 3 months and she doesn't need a paci, just all of the above. I'm not against letting babies cry but I only allow it for like 10 mins before trying to comfort her again.
