Drug use and the Constitutional right to privacy?

I agree with you. I don't know, it doesn't make any sense. It just seems hypocritical to me. I think in the case of alcohol VS marijuana, alcohol is more dangerous to your health, and impairs your judgment far more than marijuana. Most of the health studies done on marijuana are done when you smoke it. Not when you eat it or use a vaporizer, using it those ways make the health risks pretty much obsolete.
