What is the relationship between Calories ingested, Calories burned, and changes in weight?
Its all numbers, You have to figure out your bmr, basal metabolic rate, the calories your body burns just living, breathing, keeping your body temperature. Like if you have a bmr of 1700, thats the calories you burn b4 exercise. Then if you only consume say 1200 calories, that means b4 any exercise or activity you have burned 500 calories. If you add exercise to that and burn say another 500 calories, then your calorie deficit or calories burned for that day is 1000. It takes 3500 calories burned to lose a pound. Thats it, all numbers and if you learn to control them the weight loss is easy.
