I think I may have an allergy to metal, probably aluminum! I have blisters that ooze on my right hand.?

on my right hand, which is the one I use to crochet. I have stopped using aluminum needles, but that was only a couple cays ago. I have been putting hydrocortisone cream on it..but no help. Any suggestions? I would really like to hear from someone who has actually had, or knows someone who has actually had this allergy to see what I should do. These areas itch, and burn and have blister like oozing bumps......horrible...PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
