Is it true that Adolf Hitler was in love with his niece and was obesessed with her so badly she killed herself?

Hitler and his niece were very close and she referred to him as "Uncle Adolf" and it is speculated that they had a ual relationship but this was never confirmed but he definitely looked out for her.
