Normally backside of every sim 10 digit SIM no will be there..but in tata docomo sim 20 digit SIM no is there?

can any one plz explain this...(i already googled it for so many hours..i got the explanation for only 19 digits)..what is the difference between 10 digit and 20 digit sim no...
