Legally you have a right to appeal, if you have something new to add. You need to be more specific as to why you gave up your parental rights, when you sign the paperwork and you'd have to have a very good reason (i.e. you were duped into signing, or it's a forgery) to have the ruling reversed. Normally you can't just change your mind. When you sign away your parental rights they ask if you understand what you're signing and do you understand the consequences. If you didn't and now you want to speak up about it, it very well could be too late.
