I'm seventeen years old....where can I work? (Besides fast food please :] )?

I'm 17 years old and looking for my first job. Unfortunately, I don't have much experience, so I'm looking for a job at clothing store, target type place, or any place where they allow teens to work (do restaurants hire, or must you be 18?). I'm looking for printable job applications too, because I'd like to start filling one out, but I don't have my s. security number yet, so I can't fill one out online. All suggestions appreciated!
