How did they make the video effect in Bruno Mars, just the way you are?

I was just wondering, what program or how did they make the picture scene where the tape is pulled out and changed into different pictures. Like the face of the girl and the drum effect. Did they use adobe after effect? I"m really curious how they did this. If anyone knows, I would highly appreciate it if you can tell me or show me how to do this.
