Ghosts!! this is freaking me out!?

first of all, i should mention that i cant say if i belive in ghosts, because i have never seen one, and i dont will myself to see one either! but, for a few years now, i always have the feeling that someone or something is in the room with me, mostly when i am alone. however, i witnessed something a few years ago, which i never mentioned to anyone, just incase they laughted and said i was crazy!! something that was floating around the room in the same place for 5 nights running. pretended i didnt see it till my ex husband saw it too, and i never even told him!! i worked in a care home, and around 12 months ago, i was working the night shift, when i dropped off to sleep on my break, as i wasnt very well.two of my colleges were walking down the corridor, when they saw someone leaning over my chair, looking at me for a few seconds, befor dissapearing. this is two very level headed people, who were very serious when telling me.
