What kind of technology was behind the Ark of the Covenant?

Of course, many Israelites were Cargo Cults. They called the Ark of the Covenant "The Ark of the lord" which is said to have unspeakable power. It has killed many (who they claim was "God"). 2 of Moses nephews were killed by offering the object something. A man named Uzza was killed by simply touching the Ark because it was falling over, it killed 70 men when they looked upon it ect... They also used the Ark in battles against the philistines, also losing one plus 50,000 men because the Ark did not function (Technology), it was also said to have flown making a buzzing sound as it smites their enemies. My guess is some form of electromagnetism or static electricity. Perhaps radiation (the ark killed many because they formed diseases from being around it). What do you think?
