Can i down load Auto-cad drawings.?

Is it possible to download 2d drawings of logos, crests, automobiles, animals etc to Auto-cad 2007. My boss has recently purchased a laser cutter that can cut 2d parts in sheet metal, or is there a disc that can be purchased containing such things.
