Does my Motherboard's FSB have to match the processors FSB?

I'm looking into purchasing a new processor for my computer (A dual core E6750). My current motherboard supports Duo Processors and has the right pin setting (LGA775) but I it states that it's FSB is 1066mhz, whilst the processor states its FSB is 1333mhz. Just wondering whether that makes my Mobo and the processor I intend to purchase incompatible. Please refrain from making buying suggestions as to how I should buy a new computer or a quad core, I am trying to stay within a budget. Thank you.
