Go to a library at a law school or any college/university and look for the section that contends books such as "Democracy and Distrust" by John Hart Ely, "The Constitution in the Supreme Court, Volumes 1 and 2," by David P. Currie, and "The Tempting of America" by Robert Bork. In that section you will find hundreds of books besides just those three. You'll find "everything" you need to know in those books.
