It wasn't luck, but you probably need to take the cirstances into account. A players might make a lucky shot here and there, but you don't score 55 by chance. I think he caught a lot of teams off guard. They didn't realize he was such a capable scorer, and didn't really have a game plan for him. Also, he started the season on fire and was hitting a very high percentage of his shots. It wasn't a pace he could sustain, and eventually he came back to Earth. Lastly and most importantly, those 55 points came at the expense of the defensively deficient Golden State Warriors that gave him open looks the entire night. So, no it wasn't luck, but I think people place a little too much importance on it and pretmaturely naming him ROY.

What happen to Disney channel?

I mean they use to have really, really good shows. During the 90's I loved watching movies each month. They use to have cute cartoons during comericals. Does anyone else remeber those robots? And the shows! Brotherly love! I'm watching it right now on youtube, it's just hilarous. Today shows are so mind numbing dumb! So cliche!! Legally you have a right to appeal, if you have something new to add. You need to be more specific as to why you gave up your parental rights, when you sign the paperwork and you'd have to have a very good reason (i.e. you were duped into signing, or it's a forgery) to have the ruling reversed. Normally you can't just change your mind. When you sign away your parental rights they ask if you understand what you're signing and do you understand the consequences. If you didn't and now you want to speak up about it, it very well could be too late.

How do you kill a schedule?

I bet if I put paint on my shoes and tracked my prints for a day, I would probably fill those footprints unconsciously the next day without making a single step out of them. I need to kill my schedule, but don't know how to do it without not doing what I have to do each day ( go to school, finish homework, eat, practice guitar, workout, spend time with my friends ect)

If your meant to be best friends it will happen. Dont feel guilty for being sensible. in fact you should jokingly tell him that one day he will look back and think about her and realize how smart you are for staying focused on your work and studys instead of being a party animal. if you want to talk to him outside of cl then invite him to hang out and watch tv or a movie. if he isnt intrested dont take it personally. he just falls into type B personality where your type A just a matter of different personalitys and blow it off.

Partnership taxes LLC - I think I really screwed up. Help?

OK - I've been selling real estate as an agent for 5 years now. It was pretty easy to do my taxes, schedule C and all, depreciating business equipment etc. Well, last year, I formed an LLC with two other business partners. All our income was paid to the LLC under the LLC tax id number. We had a team checking account that our team expenses were paid through and when I did our taxes, I did a K1 for each of us. My problem is: I just tried to do my personal taxes and I see that the K1 is shown as regular income, not a business income. I didn't include all my business expenses that I paid for out of my personal checking account, nor did I do any depreciation as I thought I was going to be able to do that on my personal taxes. It now looks like I can't even do a schedule C since all my business income went to the LLC. The question is: do I have to revise the team taxes to include the expenses I had including depreciation to get the K1 amount down?
